CWM-PRC Applicants - Round II

On Monday (March 8), the Board will be conducting the second round of interviews for the Comprehensive Wastewater Management - Plan Review Committee. Here are the individuals on this week's agenda:

Barry B. Balan
Douglas C. Brown
John B. Waterbury
Eric T. Turkington
Kenneth H. Foreman
Patricia Favulli
Marc Finneran

Once again...Do you think any or all of these individuals will serve the taxpayers well?

Mark, due to his unvarnished honesty.

If a private sector land owner, say, the original Disney World, Florida at 43 square miles.(Falmouth as we all know is 44 square miles) was facing a mandate to sewer their property, which of these volunteers would be chosen for their committee?

Those are the only ones who should be chosen for our committee.

The committee process is a mistake.

Two of them I don't like, some of the rest are unknown to me.
Waterbury seems to be an even keeled man, forgiving his Phd.
Turkington, he has never seen a tax he didn't like. Foreman is a self inflated windbag, his Phd. he loves to show off, unlike Waterbury.

Put Mark on and you might as well just publicly state that you are trying to sabotage the waste water management process. How can you take anything seriously from a guy who has a sign on his house about Town Hall needing an enema?
