Guilty

I dropped by the library a few days back to return a couple of magazines. Not exactly news, but these magazines were late...very late. It was a $4.60 fine. You do the math; it's a testament to how busy I've been.

Anyway, one of the librarians suggested that this should go on my blog - so here it is. I am guilty as charged.

Frankly, I don't mind paying the fines; I always thought these finds, modest though they may be, helped support the library. However, the librarian noted that the fines go into the town's general fund.

[sigh]

Now there's no excuse for returning those books late anymore.
