CPA Project Development Working Group

The CPA Project Development Working Group is scheduled to meet on Thursday, January 15 at 8:00 am in the conference room at Highfield Hall.

Agenda:

1. Report from CPC on updated ‘Land Bank Transfer Fund’ guidelines

2. Report from CPC / 300 Committee regarding open space acquisition for April 2009 Town Meeting

3. Brainstorming session on ‘CPA super project’, with focus on historic preservation possibilities

4. Continue ‘smart-growth’ discussion from December 2008 Working Group meeting

5. Review correspondence regarding Land Bank Transfer Funds

6. Planning / preparation for next meeting


The public is welcome to attend. However, in order to move things along, participation is limited to the representatives from the Board of Selectmen (Brent Putnam), Community Preservation Committee (Barbara Schneider), Historical Commission (Sheryl Kozens-Long), 300 Committee (Margaret Russell), Planning Department (Jessica Erickson) and the Falmouth Housing Corporation (Bob Murray). If you would like to ask questions or contribute ideas, please do so by contacting one of these individuals as public comment will not be taken during the meeting.
